Farrell's Ankeny is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has taught our members about the significance of nutrition since our initial 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to improved results! But knowing what to eat can be difficult—especially with so much contradictory information out there. There won’t be any guessing with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods straightforward. With our tested nutrition plans, you always feel content because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we plan everything for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We show you what your body needs for you to reach your goals. When you stick to our nutrition plan, you will experience results—and you’ll feel the transformation in your body and mind that only wholesome food can deliver.

We individualize your plan to meet your distinct needs and goals. You won’t feel deprived. You can still go out to eat, and you can still have the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your optimal food choices are in any situation. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can enjoy some of your favorite indulgences—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be available to respond to questions and give you guidance. They will check your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on the right path. Plus, you can always find delectable ideas and new recipes to keep you content in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll educate you on good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different important nutrients at all meals. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to support you, especially your coach. You’ll master how to plan your meals and track them for success.

Don’t sweat it if being prepared isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll get 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include clear instructions and advice on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be finished without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we encourage members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adjustable. Follow them as written or mix it up to meet your tastes. Some members like to eat identical meals each day for a whole week, while others like to have alternatives. Your coach, or anyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling satisfied after a meal?
