About Farrell's Ankeny

When Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping® Ankeny opened our southern location in 2004, we wanted to help our members change their lives and make real results happen. Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of people transform their lives—and opened a second location in north Ankeny. And now we’re inviting you to join us.

Stephanie and Andy Wilson started their 10-Week Challenge in 2008. They were so happy with the results the found with the program, they started coaching. After several years, they were ready to take on ownership of both Ankeny locations. It’s their goal to create positive community impact and pass along the results they’ve seen to all of Ankeny.

Whether you’re a fitness newbie or you’ve been a regular at the gym, you’ll find results with Farrell’s. We use a combination of kickboxing, strength training, and nutrition coaching to help you build a healthier life. We’re confident our program works. In fact, we guarantee you’ll see results.

Our team of instructors is dedicated to helping you reach your goals. They’re certified and held to high standards. And even with members with diverse ages and fitness levels, they’re committed to helping each one find success. With years of training, they have all the tools you need to finish your 10-Week Challenge and move on to a FIT membership.
